Born this way
Creating a new design is always a challenge and my latest was no exception. I'd already made a 'Born this way' frock a few weeks earlier and it was such a bold graphic it was great to combine some striking patterns and textures in a new design. A gorgeous mix of stretch velvet and what can only be described as zebra meets floral transformed this t.shirt into a eye catching, irresistible statement piece. And while both designs use the same t.shirt they are completely different in style and character.

Designing each dress is creative process which I love. While I buy all of my t.shirts new I use remnants and quality recycled fabrics as much as possible for the rest of the design. I'm always on the look out for the perfect piece of fabric for each design, and work on each frock over a few days to get it just how I want it. Enoch & plonk has a no waste policy and so every scrap of unused fabric is used later in other designs.
Making merry
I have had the most amazing year. Made some great friends, received overwhelming support and some invaluable advice, and have had a few sales along the way.
I will be raising a glass, or three, to all of you while I tuck into my Christmas lunch and will be wishing you all love, health and happiness.
Thank you to these fabulous friends
